Grant applications

The Hibbert Trustees are responsible for the administration of both the Hibbert Trust and the Case Fund. The Trustees will consider applications from individuals or organisations seeking to promote:

• the spread of Christianity in its most intelligible form
• the exercise of private judgement in matters of religion
• unfettered learning on religious matters

The Trustees accept applications for grants:

• towards the cost of postgraduate study
• towards the publication costs of research
• in support of a Journal
• towards the costs of a seminar, course or workshop
• for books for library use

Applications should be made on the downloadable form (see right) and submitted to the Secretary of the Trusts by 1 May for consideration by the Trustees at the June meeting, or by 1 October for consideration at the November meeting.
